My research topic is “Nursing Home Survey on Patient Safety Culture.” It leans toward a quantitative research design as it aims to evaluate staff’s and residents’ perception of their safety in the nursing homes. According to Bloomfield and Fisher (2019), quantitative research design aims at discovering the number of individuals that think, act, or feel in a particular way.
